铁丝刺绳的工艺
刺铁丝由全自动刺铁丝机拧编生产而成。一般与刺铁丝立柱组成刺绳隔离栅，从而起到隔离防护作用。刺铁丝立柱一般为立柱可选圆管或u型钢方管 以及GRC复合立柱。
刺铁丝材质一般为：低碳钢丝，电镀锌丝，热镀锌丝，PVC包塑丝。
常用的型号：12#x14# 14#x14#俩种
非常规型号：热镀：8#—36# （3.8mm—0.19mm）
电镀：8#—38# （3.8mm—0.19mm)
除型号丝径之分，主线丝又分为单股刺铁丝，双股刺铁丝，还有三股刺铁丝，刺丝均为四个刺头。全自动刺绳机拧编而成，牢固美观。处理工艺有：电镀（冷镀）刺铁丝, 热镀锌刺铁丝，浸塑刺铁丝.

用途农场，畜牧场刺丝围栏，养殖刺绳护栏网，园林防护高速公路刺绳围栏，厂区，矿区等围栏防护用。主要特点是该产品运输方便，安装施工简便，由于刺绳造型独特不易触摸，因而能达到极好的防护效果。
