护栏网(fence netting)又称为防护网，因地域性差异，南方人习惯称为隔离栅，北方人习惯叫做护栏网。我国护栏网主要分为:花园护栏网、铁路护栏网、桥梁护栏网、高速公路护栏网、 体育围网、机场围网等等(用途极其广泛)。
按类型又分为:框架护栏网、三角折弯护栏网、双边丝护栏网、双圈护栏网、波浪形护栏网、体育场护栏网、刀片刺网-护栏网、刺绳护栏网、pvc涂塑丝护栏网等等(类型多样化)。
常见种类
公路护栏网通常使用的防腐方式为粉末浸塑法,它起源于流化床法,所谓的流化床最初是在温克勒气体发生炉上应用于石油接触分解，进而开发了固气两相接触工艺，后逐渐用于金属涂塑方面。所以有时仍叫”流化床包覆法”，实际过程是把粉末涂料加入底部多孔透气的容器(流动槽)中，由鼓风机从下送入经过处理的压缩空气，使粉末涂料翻动达到”流化状态”，成为均匀分布的细散粉末。
公路护栏网的涂装工艺由两个阶段来完成:第一阶段为固定床阶段，第二阶段为气流输送阶段，在固定床的基础上继续增大流速(W)，床层开始膨胀和松动，床层高度开始增加，每个粉末颗粒被浮起，因而离开原来位置作一定程度的移动，这时便进入流化床阶段。bc段说明流化床内粉层膨胀，其高度(I)随着气体速度的增大而增加，但床内压强(△P)并不增大，在一定范围内变动流速而不影响流体所需的单位功率，这是流化床的特征，正是利用这一特点来进行涂装工艺实施的。流化床内粉末流化状态的均匀性是保证涂膜均匀的关键。在粉末涂装上用的流化床属于”竖式流态化”,流化数必需经过试验找出，一般以能够涂敷即可，流化床内粉末的悬浮率最高可达30~50%。
铁路护栏是铁路两旁专用的一种护栏网产品，其特点如下:
1、铁路护栏具有网身轻巧、造型新颖、美观耐用的特点
2、也可以适合于高速公路的桥梁作为防抛网使用。
3、采用高效浸塑。十年防锈
4、自身拆装方便，重复使用性好，可根据需要对围网重新布局
5、属于环保产品，最终可回收利用。
公路护栏网的特点
公路护栏网是一种专业用于公路、高速公路使用的护栏产品，它具有的网体结构简单，造型新颖，便于运输，易安装的特点。中国的安平县是国内护栏网产品的主要产地，公路护栏网在国内许多高速公路部分所采用。
通常来说，一般的公路护栏网主要用于高速公路、铁路、桥梁、体育场、机场、车站、服务区、保税区、露天仓储场、港口竺领域的围栏使用。如果是高速公路护栏网都是采用国产直径4mm优质低碳钢丝点焊而成、公路护栏网还是一种较为理想的金属网墙，已在各行业普遍采用。
